Francesco Morace presents the Observatory Young Coffee Culture‬, sponsored by Illycaffè, on the occasion of the presentation of the 15th edition to the guide of Italy’s bars by Gambero Rosso.

The title of best bar in Italy 2014 was awarded to the pasticceria Bedussi in Brescia: young brothers of the great province.

Aperitif of the year was won by Pullmanbar in Vicenza, a bar which proposes a formula of aperitif that is original and fun.
