Francesco Morace participated at the convention Il Convivio, organised by the Accademia della Cucina at the Hotel Palma in Capri. the convention discussed the theme of new convivial trends and the importance of conviviality and good taste in the society of the future. The same subject was developed by the speakers Massimo Pisani, Vincenzo de Gregorio, Gianni Franceschi and Santa di Salvo in the book Il Convivio presented on the same occasion.
